At Crisola, we focus on providing a smooth, secure, and transparent payment experience. This policy explains which payment methods are accepted, when payments are charged, and how customer payment information is protected during checkout.

Accepted Payment Methods

Crisola accepts secure electronic payments through approved and encrypted checkout systems. Supported payment options may include:

All supported payment methods are displayed clearly during checkout.
Cash payments, checks, money orders, and Cash on Delivery (COD) are not accepted.

Transaction Currency

All purchases made on the Crisola website are processed in United States Dollars (USD).

If your bank or payment provider operates in a different currency, conversion or international processing fees may apply. These charges are set entirely by your financial institution and are not controlled or received by Crisola.

Payment Authorization Timing

Payment is charged immediately once an order is placed and successfully authorized.

Orders are released for processing only after payment approval. If a payment attempt is declined or unsuccessful, the order will not be confirmed, and customers may be asked to try a different approved payment method.

Refund Method & Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.

After a returned item is received, reviewed, and approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days, in line with our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.

Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to post the refunded amount to your account.

Failed or Declined Payments

Payments may be declined for reasons including, but not limited to:

Incorrect card or payment details

Insufficient funds or authorization limits

Security or verification checks by the bank or payment provider

Security & Fraud Protection

Crisola uses secure, encrypted payment systems designed to protect customer information and reduce the risk of unauthorized transactions.

For security purposes, certain orders may be temporarily reviewed or require additional verification before processing. These measures help maintain a safe and reliable shopping environment.

Crisola does not store full card numbers, CVV codes, or sensitive payment credentials.

Installments & Financing

Crisola does not currently offer installment plans or financing options. If additional payment options become available in the future, full details will be shared clearly on our website.
